11 Day Ultimate Irish Experience

We depart from the capital and head south towards Ancient Ireland. Our first stop is the epic site of the Original seat of the kings of Munster, followed by a journey through the Golden Vale. We then visit Cahir Castle, one of Ireland's largest medieval fortresses. After a full day of exploration, we head to the picturesque town of Kinsale. Here, we explore the heritage site of Charles Fort and enjoy the beautiful harbour views. Overnight in Kinsale (or similar).

We rise early to kiss the Blarney Stone and receive the gift of the gab. We then explore the village of Blarney before heading southwest to the Kingdom of Kerry. Here, we discover the magic of the Ring of Kerry and visit the heritage town of Kenmare. We also explore Killarney National Park, where we see the magical 1,000-year-old yew tree at Muckross Abbey and make a scenic stop at Torc Waterfall. Overnight in Killarney (or similar).

We start the day exploring Killarney town and park. You can opt for a horse-drawn carriage ride, a bike ride, a mini boat tour to Inishfallen, or a guided tour of Ross Castle. For the adventurous, there's an option to hike, bike, or pony & trap down through the glaciated valley. After lunch, we head west for a local sheepdog demonstration on a nearby farm. The day ends in the cozy coastal town of Dingle, where you can enjoy the local pubs and restaurants. Overnight in Dingle (or similar).

We start the day with a drive along the famous Slea Head Drive, described by National Geographic as the most beautiful place on earth. Here, we discover local secluded beaches, ancient stone huts, and have plenty of free time for photos. After lunch, you can relax in Dingle or partake in various activities such as a sea safari, sea kayaking, brewery tours, distillery tours, horse riding, or tasting tours. Spend a second evening in Dingle, exploring more hot-spots for food and entertainment. Overnight in Dingle (or similar).

We depart Dingle for cultural Clare. We take a ferry across the Shannon, visit the Cliffs of Moher, and head to Inis Oirr for lunch. Afterward, we follow the Coast Road with views of Galway Bay and the Aran Islands, making a short stop to walk on the lunar-like landscape of the Burren. We make a quick photo stop at Dunguaire Castle before soaking up the famous colorful atmosphere around the tribal city of Galway. Overnight in Galway (or similar).

We leave Galway and make our way to the 'savage beauty' of the Connemara region. We encounter Connemara Ponies, wild Connemara Mountain Sheep, and typical Irish Cattle breeds. We visit Leanne Village and the Killary Fjord lookout. We also explore Kylemore Abbey and its immaculate gardens. In the afternoon, we drive through the enchanting Inagh Valley and admire the region's beautiful loughs and islands. We return to Galway in the early evening. Overnight in Galway (or similar).

After breakfast, we e-bike around Galway, passing along canals, lakes, castles, beaches, and much more. In the afternoon, you can stroll the famous Salthill promenade or go for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, you can soak up the atmosphere in the lively streets and pubs. We travel to Westport and enjoy a walking tour of this beautiful Georgian town. We then discover Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery, one of the most important megalithic sites in Europe. After some retail therapy in Donegal, we spend the evening overlooking the bay in Donegal Town. Overnight in Donegal (or similar).

We explore the North West: the Hills of Donegal. We visit the Assaranca Waterfall and Crolly Distillery. We then head to one of the most remote and unspoilt areas in the country, County Donegal, passing through Glenveagh National Park. Our final stop is Derry, Northern Ireland's second-largest city. We provide a walking tour of the city, helping visitors to learn about the Troubles. Overnight in Derry (or similar).

We leave Derry and move through the phenomenal scenery of the Antrim Coast and Glens. We visit the awe-inspiring setting of the Giant's Causeway before arriving in Belfast. We take a short city tour that covers the capital's triumphs, tragedies, and soul. You can explore Belfast with a guided Black Cab Tour, visit the Titanic Centre, or follow the Game of Thrones trail. Overnight in Belfast (or similar).

We depart Belfast and head south across the border. We stroll around Belfast Botanic Gardens and explore the Ulster Museum. We then visit the Hill of Tara, the residence of the High Kings of Ireland.
