Your Italian adventure begins in the vibrant city of Bari. After checking into your hotel in the city center, join our local guide for an afternoon tour of the old city. Explore the exteriors of the Swabian castle and stroll through the 'orecchiette' street to the Cathedral of San Sabino and the Basilica of San Nicola. Savor the flavors of Bari street food, including focaccia, sgagliozze, and panzerotto.

After breakfast, we depart for Trani, a charming seaside city. Here, you'll marvel at the stunning cathedral on the sea, the port, and the ancient Jewish quarter. In the afternoon, we visit the enigmatic Castel del Monte, a UNESCO site since 1996. Our local guide will lead you through a historical journey of this fascinating castle. We then transfer to Matera for the night.

Start your day with a guided tour of the ancient city of Matera, known for its Sassi, or ancient cave dwellings. Starting from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Civita and the Sasso Barisano. Visit the rock churches Madonna dell'Idris and San Giovanni Monterrone and a typical cave house. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure.

After breakfast, we transfer to Alberobello, a UNESCO site known for its unique trulli, or cone-roofed houses. Our local guide will show you the two districts Aia Piccola and Rione Monti. In the afternoon, we visit Ostuni, also known as 'the white city'. You'll be guided through the most important squares and alleys of the center, up to the cathedral. At the end of the day, we travel back to Lecce for check-in.

The tour begins at Piazza Sant'Oronzo and winds its way through the ancient village, admiring the Cathedral, the Basilica of Santa Croce, and the Church of Sant'Irene.
