We then transfer to Matera for the night.

Start your day with a guided tour of the ancient city of Matera, known for its Sassi, or ancient cave dwellings. After breakfast, we transfer to Alberobello, a UNESCO site known for its unique trulli, or cone-roofed houses. Our local guide will show you the two districts Aia Piccola and Rione Monti. In the afternoon, we visit Ostuni, also known as 'the white city'. You'll be guided through the most important squares and alleys of the center, up to the cathedral. At the end of the day, we travel back to Lecce for check-in.
