We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

Welcome to your exciting journey with Europamundo! Upon arrival in Milan, you will be transferred to your hotel (Hilton or similar). Enjoy some leisure time to explore the city at your own pace. In the afternoon, check the boards at the hotel reception for information about the start of your tour.

Today, we will explore the picturesque region of the Italian Lakes. Our first stop is Lake Orta in the charming town of Orta San Giulio. We will take a train ride to the medieval center and then a boat to the serene Island of San Giulio. Next, we head to Lake Maggiore, stopping in Stresa, where you can opt to visit the enchanting Borromean Islands, including Isola Bella with its stunning gardens and palace. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Verona, where we will spend the night.

This morning, we will have time to explore the romantic city of Verona, the setting of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. We will then depart for Venice, arriving around 13:00. A delightful boat trip will take us to St. Mark's Square, followed by a guided walking tour of the City of Canals, including a visit to see the famous Murano glasswork. Enjoy some leisure time in Venice—perhaps a gondola ride? Accommodation will be in the Mestre district (Sofitel or similar).

Our journey continues to Padua, a significant pilgrimage destination where we will visit the magnificent Saint's Basilica. We then travel to the stunning Adriatic coast, reaching the independent country of San Marino, perched atop a fortified mountain. After lunch, we traverse the picturesque Apennines, soaking in the breathtaking mountain scenery as we head to Gubbio, a beautifully preserved town known for the impressive Palace of Consuls and the 12th-century cathedral. Finally, we arrive in the enchanting city of Perugia, where we will stay overnight (Hilton or similar).

We begin our day with a panoramic tour of Perugia, famously known as the city of chocolate. Ascend to the city on its escalators that traverse the rocky hills, and be captivated by its charming squares and cobblestone streets. Next, we head to Assisi, where we will have time for lunch and a visit to the Basilica of St. Francis. In the afternoon, we continue our journey south, sometimes stopping in Rome to drop off passengers, before arriving in Naples in the evening. Accommodation will be at a centrally located hotel (Hilton or similar).

Today, enjoy some free time to explore Naples before we board a boat for a trip to the enchanting Island of Capri. Here, you can choose to take a boat to the stunning Grotta Bianca or ride the funicular to Capri city. After lunch, we reboard and head to Sorrento, a charming tourist town nestled at the base of a cliff, where you will have free time to wander. Our journey then takes us to the Gulf of Salerno, where we will stay in the city of Salerno (Hilton or similar).

We begin our day with a visit to Pompeii, where you will have the chance to admire the remains of this ancient Roman city, buried by the ashes of Mount Vesuvius. Afterward, we head to Naples, one of Italy's most captivating cities and among the oldest continuously inhabited areas in Europe. The historic quarter of Naples, one of the largest in Europe, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will have time to explore and enjoy lunch. We then continue to Cassino, where you can visit the breathtaking abbey, the site of one of World War II's fiercest battles. Our journey concludes in Rome, arriving in the evening. Accommodation will be at a centrally located hotel (Hilton or similar).
