Cooking classes available in various tour locations! Organized by Le Cesarine, experts in Italian culinary experiences. You will be hosted by a local at their home - your "Cesarina" - in a class that lasts about three hours, during which you will help the Cesarina prepare three courses. In the fourth and final hour, you will enjoy the meal (lunch or dinner) which you prepared during the class. Water and one bottle of house wine for every 3 people are included.

After settling into your hotel, take a leisurely stroll to Dante's Tomb and marvel at the UNESCO World Heritage mosaics of San Vitale, Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, and the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia. Meet our staff early in the morning for a bike fitting and briefing. Departing from Ravenna, you have the option to visit the Byzantine masterpiece, Sant'Apollinare in Classe. Continue your journey through the plains and fruit plantations to reach Faenza, a bustling market center known for its hand-decorated ceramics. Visit the International Ceramics Museum and explore local artists' studios. Your accommodation for the night will be at the restored convent, Hotel Vittoria, or similar.

Embark on a gentle loop ride from Faenza, passing farms and fruit orchards with the Apennines in view.
