Descend to the spectacular Fjord of Furore, a perfect spot for lunch. After a steep ascent, walk past the church of Sant'Elia into the Valley of Praia. End your day in the coastal town of Praiano, spread out over about 3km with upper and lower parts and a couple of tiny beaches in natural inlets.
