Your culinary journey unfolds in a small group, ensuring a personalized experience as you craft at least four traditional dishes. After each recipe, savor your creations alongside fellow food lovers, sharing stories and tips that make the experience both educational and fun.
The class takes place at Via di Porta Soprana, right in front of the historic Columbus House. Sessions begin promptly at 9:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, lasting approximately three and a half hours. Classes are conducted in both English and Italian, making them accessible to a wide range of guests.
Enjoy included tastings of your freshly made dishes, complemented by water, wine, or beer, as well as coffee or tea. To complete your experience, indulge in artisanal gelato. Please note that transportation is not included, but the location is easily accessible by public transport.
