Cooking classes available in various tour locations! Organized by Le Cesarine, experts in Italian culinary experiences. You will be hosted by a local at their home - your "Cesarina" - in a class that lasts about three hours, during which you will help the Cesarina prepare three courses. In the fourth and final hour, you will enjoy the meal (lunch or dinner) which you prepared during the class. Water and one bottle of house wine for every 3 people are included.

Welcome to the charming city of Chioggia, often referred to as 'Little Venice'. After settling into our hotel, we'll take a leisurely stroll around the city center, admiring the picturesque canals and bridges. If you arrive early, we suggest a bike ride along one of the islands in the lagoon. Overnight at Hotel Grande Italia (or similar).

Today, we'll cycle from Chioggia to the Po River Delta, enjoying the serene landscapes and abundant birdlife. You can choose to picnic along the way or stop at a local café for lunch. Our accommodation for the night is a quaint country farm bed and breakfast, Agriturismo Forzello (or similar).

We'll pedal our way to the historic lagoon town of Comacchio, once a rival to Venice in terms of power and influence. Here, we'll visit a fascinating museum that houses a Roman boat and its cargo. Our accommodation for the night is the charming B&B Al Ponticello (or similar).

Today, we'll cycle through the Comacchio wetlands towards Ravenna, the last capital of the Western Roman Empire. You'll have the afternoon to explore the city's early Christian mosaics and other historical sites. We'll spend the night at the Palazzo Bezzi (or similar).
Day 5 – Day 5: Ravenna to Faenza

We'll leave Ravenna behind and head to Faenza, a bustling market town renowned for its hand-decorated ceramics. You'll have the chance to visit the International Ceramics Museum and several local artists' studios. We'll stay overnight at the Hotel Vittoria (or similar).

Today, we'll venture into the Apennine mountains, passing through the medieval village of Brisighella. You can choose to cycle or take the train over the mountains. We'll spend the night in Ronta, a small mountain town, at the Albergo La Rosa (or similar).

We'll start the day with a climb to Vetta le Croci, followed by a downhill ride to the ancient city of Fiesole. From there, we'll head to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. The afternoon is yours to explore the city. We'll stay overnight at the Hotel Silla (or similar).
