Depart from Lecce and make your first stop at Polignano a Mare, a charming town known for its cliffs overlooking the sea and its rich history. Continue to Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its unique Trulli buildings. Next, visit Locorotondo, one of Italy's most beautiful ancient villages, known for its flowered balconies. Finally, explore Ostuni, also known as the White City, due to its quaint old town that was once entirely painted with white lime. Return to Lecce in the late afternoon for an overnight stay.
