We commence our journey in the iconic city of Venice, from where we head towards the picturesque mountain town of Cortina d'Ampezzo. As we traverse the vibrant foothills of the Dolomites, we'll stop for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. Post lunch, we'll embark on an introductory hike to the stunning Cascade di Fanes. The day concludes with a leisurely exploration of the charming streets of Cortina before dinner at the Hotel Franceschi (or similar).

Day two is dedicated to exploring the iconic landmark of the Dolomites - the majestic Tre Cime de Lavaredo. We'll circumnavigate these towering rock monoliths, pausing for a family-made lunch at an Italian refugio. The day is filled with awe-inspiring views and historical insights as we encounter remnants of the First World War. We return to Cortina d'Ampezzo for a restful night at the Hotel Franceschi (or similar).

Day three offers an exhilarating bike ride along the historic Val di Landro railway line. This route, once the lifeline between the towns of Calalzo, Cortina, and Dobbiaco, now offers breathtaking views of the Dolomites' steepest peaks. After a day of adventure, enjoy some free time to relax in Cortina. The evening is yours to explore the local cuisine at one of the many restaurants in town. Overnight at the Hotel Franceschi (or similar).

Day four takes us deep into the heart of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Natural Park. We'll hike along the turquoise Boite River, enjoy lunch at Rifugio Senes, and descend to our accommodation at Fodara Vedla (or similar). For those seeking more adventure, an optional hike to Col de Lasta offers stunning 360-degree views of the highest peaks in the Dolomites.
Day 5 – Day 5: Exploring the Pederu Valley

Day five begins with a hike down through the larch fir forest and into the Pederu valley. We'll then ascend the Vallone di Rudo to reach the family-run mountain hotel, Refugio Lavarella. After lunch, we'll stroll to Refugio Fanes, where you can choose to relax or join an extra hike within the Vallone di Rudo. The day ends with a relaxing evening at the Refugio Fanes (or similar).
Day 6 – Day 6: Hiking the Gran Fanes Plateau

Day six takes us out of the Fannes-Sennes-Braies Natural Park and onto the Gran Fanes plateau. We'll hike through diverse landscapes, from meadows and rocky ridges to deep valleys of larch forest. The day ends in the heart and soul of the Dolomites, Alta Badia, where we'll stay in the charming village of San Cassiano at the Hotel Conturines (or similar).

Day seven is dedicated to hiking the magnificent Setsass Dolomiti Range. This high ridgeline trail offers 360-degree views of the highest peaks in the Dolomites. After lunch at the Pralongia High Plateau, we'll descend through lush green pastures to our hotel in San Cassiano, the Hotel Conturines (or similar).

Day eight offers a unique experience as we hike to the Sasso de Stria peak and explore the newly inaugurated Via Ferrata. After lunch, we'll visit the fascinating Galleria del Lagazuoi, a World War I museum carved into the mountains. The day concludes with a relaxing evening at the Hotel Conturines in San Cassiano (or similar).
