Today, you'll be transferred by minibus to Paternò. From there, embark on a cycling tour through the beautiful Sicilian countryside, following ancient Roman roads and passing extensive citrus groves. Your destination is the charming Norman village of Troina. After a day of adventure, unwind at the Querce di Cota, a beautifully restored rural farmhouse with a pool and wellness centre.

Start your day with a ride through the winding pastures and valleys of the province of Enna. Stop at the medieval village of Gagliano Castelferrato before continuing to Nicosia. Enjoy a traditional Sicilian dinner and overnight stay at the Agriturismo la Stragola.

Cycle from Nicosia to Sperlinga, where you'll visit the fascinating medieval castle and cave houses. Stop at the 24 Barons Craft Beer Brewery for a tour and tasting.
