Today, you'll cycle along the beautiful Lake Reschen, taking in the view of the sunken church of Graun. Your journey will take you to the medieval village of Glurns, known for its well-preserved city walls, before reaching your destination, Schlanders, the capital of the famous Vinschgauer.

As you make your way from Schlanders, you'll encounter charming castles, including mountaineer Reinhold Messner's Castle Juval. Marvel at the stunning views of the Ortlermassiv mountain range and the Stilfserjoch mountain pass as you roll down into the peaceful city of Merano, known for its Mediterranean vegetation.

Today, you have two options to reach Bolzano. You can either cycle along the river Adige or take a scenic route through orchards to Lana and Eppan. Don't miss the chance to visit the Messner Mountain Museum, housed in the renovated ruin Sigmundskron, and pay a visit to Ötzi, the Iceman.

Cycle through numerous orchards and vineyards along the South Tyrol Wine Trail. You'll pass many castles, palaces, and ruins, as well as the wine village Eppan. Continue to Lake Caldaro before reaching your destination, Auer.

Today, you'll cycle mostly along the beautiful path of the river Adige, partly through orchards, until you reach Salurn, the end of the German-speaking South Tyrol. The causeways lead you to Trento, a city with a charming and impressive old town.

Cycle along the river Adige through the old Tyrolean border town of Rovereto to Mori. Here, you'll head westward to Lake Garda. Don't forget to stop at the Gelateria Bologna in Mori to taste the world-famous pistachio ice-cream. After a short climb to Passo S. Giovanni, you'll head down to the lake to Torbole or Riva.
