Fue vergonzoso. Llegamos 1 minuto tarde ya que había atasco en la carretera con el taxi y no nos esperaron a pesar de llamarles y decirles que por favor lo hiciesen. Aún así les dijimos si nos podrían hacer el reembolso, al menos de una parte o simplemente darnos un pase para otro día a cualquier hora libre. Tampoco hicieron nada ni nos dieron nada. Bastante incompetentes.

Die Erfahrung war auch bei kalten Temperaturen lustig und hat Spaß gemacht. Allerdings wurde die ausgeschriebene Fahrt von etwa 50 Minuten nicht eingehalten – nach rund 30 Minuten war die Fahrt vorbei, und wir mussten aussteigen. Daher war es zwar ein cooles Erlebnis, in Mailand eine Bootstour zu machen, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte nicht.

lovely boat trip to watch the sunset. Wr booked the 5.20pm trip in January, which wss perfect timing for the sunset. The booking included a drink, opted for the Aperol spritz which was generously poured! also included some lovely little canapés. good value for money and a lovely hour spent on board.

Being the only ones with an aperitif included and it being winter, they served the aperitif on land...however it was very abundant and good, we were able to choose everything we wanted. Sailing the Navigli is a special experience and done at sunset even more suggestive. We had a great time...I would recommend doing the experience in spring or autumn to live it to the fullest
