We start our journey from the bustling city of Milan, heading towards the Fortress of Gavi, a monumental defensive castle in northern Italy. We then proceed to a local winery for a guided tour and tasting session. The day concludes with a visit to the historic Cathedral of Canelli and its underground wine cellars. We retire for the night at the Monferrato Resort or a similar establishment.
