A minimum amount of experience with the vehicle is required (more if the bike will have a child seat or extension).
Approximately 90% of this tour takes place on the Roman paving of the Via Appia Antica. There is no car traffic, as only residents' cars have access. There are only two crossings when we leave the Appia Antica Regional Park to enter the Aqueduct Park; and when we pass from the Tor Fiscale Park to the Caffarella Park
Children can ride their E-bike from the age of 12.
Children up to 139cm join the tour with a children's extension.
In the case of official/public celebrations and events in the center of the city of Rome, the tour operator can replace one or more of the highlights of the itinerary.
Infants up to 20 kg traveling in a child seat and participating in the tour as our guests.

Amazing!

Alex was an amazing guide, knowledgable, informative, friendly and engaging. We had a wonderful 4 1/2hrs exploring the Appian Way, Catacombs and some local sights that only a local like Alex would know. Highly recommended.

Amazing!

We had the most incredible time on this tour! Would definitely recommend. We loved exploring the Appian way on the ebikes. The Catacombs were wonderful to see too. It was great to get into the countryside, so close to the centre of Rome. Very easy to ride, the time flew by. Emmanuel was very kind, informative and patient. Thank you for a great time.

The one thing not mentioned on the description was the ride through City Center Rome with all the people and cars. Our guide was considerate of our riding ability and careful, though.

Amazing!

My wife and adult son, and our friends and their adult son, went on this tour together. Our guide Emanuele did a very good job guiding us through Rome's city streets to the Circus Maximus where our tour began in earnest. He was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting tidbits along the ride. As an amateur fan of Roman history, it was an awesome experience to bike along a road that features in so many stories of old. Very highly recommended!
