the tour guide left us in the middle of the tour .He didn't wait for us to take pictures. he was talking more about the sights rather than keeping it brief. we wish young children felt extremely nervous to missout some events.we contacted the office who kept us on hold for 20mins and asked us to meet with the guide at a later time. we also missed tour lunch awaiting the guide.comminication wasn't good.firsrly the rout guide forgot to bring the guide flag which made matters worse as it was hard to identify anyone in a big crowd like we lost him in Amsterdam of few seconds at the trevi fountain. we did so many other tours but the tour guide were patient and waited for all visitors to join before go8ng to other places. the tour guide had good knowledge buy lacked patience to wait for members of the group to join for the tour.

We recently did the Colosseum and Vatican walking tour, and overall, it was a great experience, though it does come with a few caveats. Be prepared for a long walk—about 6 miles total—and note that the tour does not drop you off where you started. It’s truly a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and plan accordingly. Our guide was fantastic—super knowledgeable, personable, and always ready to answer questions. They really brought the history to life, and the small group of 10 people made the experience feel more intimate. It was nice getting to know others on the tour, and we even made a few new friends along the way. The Vatican portion felt a bit rushed, and while the lunch options near the Colosseum were disrupted by a power outage (definitely not the tour company’s or guide’s fault), it was a bit inconvenient. Despite these hiccups, the tour was well-organized and informative. 4 stars for a well-led, intimate tour, but be ready for lots of walking and some fast pacing.

Good overview of the most important sights in Rome. Maria-Theresa is a friendly tour guide and has a lot of know-how. Would have liked to go to the Pantheon.
