Rome: Private Tailored City Tour with Expert Driver

Our driver, Patrick, was very accommodating and professional. He answered my messages in a timely fashion and picked us up at our hotel on time. Amelia, our guide, was fabulous! She tailored the tour to what was important to us and also the rain storm that was expected during our tour. Amelia was extremely knowledgeable of the places we went and the city itself. It was a wonderful tour for all of us.

I enjoyed the tour and our guide Alessandro tailored the tour around our interests. We were able to see most everything in Rome center and beyond. Enjoyed the tour very much.

Between the rain and being at the very end of a 16 day trip we felt we really hand not ‘seen’ Rome and experienced it. On a whim the night before we were to leave we booked this private tour and all I can say is WOW. Our guide was Brando and for he knows Rome. He showed us in Three hours what it would have taken three days to see. And his commentary and information made the tour that much more special. I would highly recommend this tour especially if you will not have a lot of time in Rome or as a start to your time in Rome to ‘ground’ you in the places you want to see.

It was exactly as we wanted. Our guide Patrick was great. Showed us what we wanted to see and included areas of interest that were not typical tourist. Since our group included a person if limited mobility this worked for us. The car was comfortable and easy to get in and out of, in addition it was very clean. Patrick spoke perfect English and was informative of sights.

We enjoyed the activity. It was booked so my friend who has limited walking ability could see the sights from the vehicle while giving me a chance to hop out and take a few photos.

Alexander came a few mins earlier to my hotel and kindly asked us from the lobby. His car was great in condition - clean quiet and luxurious. He heard what we did and what we planned after his tour and accordingly suggested a few options. Since he knows the street really well and skillfully drives between narrow streets we could visit lots of sites during the three hours. Site to site was breezy and clearly explained where to meet again and he was always there.
