Moyenne dans son ensemble. Le point très positif a été une attente plutôt courte pour monter au Dôme, et ce grâce au guide. Par contre les commentaires pour la visite "guidée" de la basilique saint pierre étaient plutôt spartiates, ce qui est vraiment dommage. En effet, le choix d'une visite guidée est justement de pouvoir bénéficier d'informations intéressantes et variées, ce qui n'a pas vraiment été le cas.

It was quite pricey for the experience. The church entry is free and 50 euros for one person felt a bit much

In the chaos at the meeting point, we were assigned to the wrong group and were left to our own devices in St. Peter's Basilica, so I can't rate any of the guides. But I got the impression that the staff who were supposed to assign people were completely overwhelmed. Perhaps the self-group and the guided group should be separated. However, after we reported the case, we were reimbursed the difference for the guided tour. And very quickly. Thank you very much for that.
