After breakfast, embark on a journey to the nearby town of Monreale, home to the stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria Nuova, a masterpiece of Norman-Arabic architecture. In the afternoon, return to Palermo and visit the Church of Santa Caterina, where you'll get to taste the delicious Cannoli Siciliani. Learn about the dark history of the Italian mafia and its impact on Sicilian society.

Start your day with a visit to the charming town of Erice, perched on a hill with stunning sea views. Explore the medieval buildings and the majestic castle. Savor the delicious Sicilian pastries, genovesi, before heading to Trapani for some free time. Continue to Marsala and end the day in Mazara del Vallo, where you'll stay at the Mahara Hotel.

Begin your day by exploring the Kasbah in the center of Mazara del Vallo. Then, head to Sciacca and visit a local ceramics workshop. The highlight of the day is the Scala dei Turchi, a unique natural rock formation on the coast of Realmonte. Spend the night at the Scala dei Turchi Resort, located near this stunning attraction.

Today, visit the UNESCO-protected Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, a testament to the ancient Greek civilization. Participate in a cooking course to discover the culinary secrets of the region. Later, visit the medieval town of Ragusa, known for its baroque buildings. Rest for the night at the Poggio del Sole Hotel.

Start your day with a visit to the Azienda Agricola Magazzè farm in Modica, where you'll learn about buffalo breeding and taste the delicious buffalo mozzarella. Explore the town of Modica and visit an old chocolate factory. Continue to the charming baroque town of Noto before reaching your accommodation near Catania, the Agriturismo Il Borgo Resort.

Today, visit the Parco Archeologico della Neapolis, one of the largest archaeological parks in Europe, and explore the ancient Greek theater and the Ear of Dionysius. Later, take a walking tour of the island of Ortigia, where the Greek city complex has been well preserved. Return to your accommodation, the Agriturismo Il Borgo Resort.

Weather permitting, today's destination is Mount Etna, one of the most active volcanoes in Europe. Take a cable car and a jeep bus to the edge of the crater, where a local guide will share fascinating details about the volcano. Visit a beekeeping farm at the foot of the volcano and enjoy a wine tasting session. Later, stroll through the center of Taormina before returning to your accommodation.

On the final day of your Sicilian adventure, you'll be transferred to Catania airport for your flight back home. As you bid farewell to Sicily, take with you the unforgettable memories of this enchanting Mediterranean island.
