Tour of Tuscany with the locals

Your Tuscan adventure begins in the historic city of Florence, where your local guide will meet you at the main entrance of the station. From there, you'll be whisked away to your new home in the heart of Tuscany.

Today, we delve into the soul of Tuscany as we explore the historic Casentino Valley and the majestic villages and castles from the Roman period. We'll also visit the charming medieval village of Poppi, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch and uncover some fascinating secrets. The day concludes with a visit to the ancient Monastery of Saint Francis of Assisi before dinner at the farmhouse.

Today, we'll sample some of Tuscany's finest wines. We'll start in Montalcino, home to the world-renowned Brunello of Montalcino wine. After meeting the winemakers and tasting their wares, we'll head to the stunning medieval village of Montepulciano. Here, we'll explore the city walls, watch local artisans at work, and visit some of the area's best wine shops. The day ends with a delightful dinner at our accommodation.

Today, you have the choice to relax at the farm or explore the cities of Florence, Arezzo, or Siena. If you wish to visit museums, churches, or any specific place in these cities, please let us know in advance as reservations may be required.

Today is a treat for wine enthusiasts as we visit the Chianti region, famous for its castles, vineyards, and wines. We'll also visit an extra virgin olive oil producer to learn about Tuscany's olive groves and artisan oils. Afterward, we'll head to Greve, home to Tuscany's most renowned butchery and deli, where you can stock up on high-quality local produce.

Today, we'll venture into the heart of the Tuscan countryside, visiting a prestigious winery designed by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano. After a cellar tour and light lunch, we'll head to one of Tuscany's most beautiful beaches near the medieval castle town of Castiglione della Pescaia. Here, you can enjoy a day at the beach, walk among the locals, and savor an Italian aperitivo before returning to our accommodation.

Today, we'll witness the splendor of the Pratomagno, a fascinating attraction in Tuscany. We'll start our day with a trip to Loro Ciuffenna, a picturesque village and home to Gropina's Roman church. We'll also visit some of the small medieval villages scattered throughout the mountainous landscape, taking every opportunity to sample the local produce on offer.

Our unforgettable Tuscan adventure concludes today. After a hearty breakfast, we'll bid our farewells at the Florence station, leaving you with a treasure trove of memories from this enchanting region.
