the guided tour in French was excellent with a top guide..On the other hand, your operator ticketstatio cancelled our 9:45 am visit the day before without any other explanation than a case of force majeure. he offered us instead a visit at 2:45 pm which was not adapted to our departure time which was the same day. So, we went there at 9:30 am and we realised that an entire group was leaving for the visit that we had scheduled and there, I realised that we had been ousted to give priority to a whole group. So, I admit, I got angry and we were finally able to join the 11:30 a.m. guided tour in French. They wanted to make a commercial gesture by giving us the opportunity to visit a palace in Rome (which we were unable to visit due to lack of time) and they kept our luggage until the end of the tour, but it was still excessive and we will not use your services again.
