Venice: Shared Water Taxi Transfer to Marco Polo Airport

It was fine and got us from A to B. But we got to the airport over 3hrs early and they turned up to collect 15 minutes earlier than expected.

Fantastic way to get to and from the airport- very well organised, everything ran smoothly, we were also given a map and directions at the check in desk - from our drop off point to our hotel which was very welcome and easy to follow. Lovely drivers both ways. There were 7 people including us on the way out but for our early morning trip back to the airport it was just myself and my husband! Would 100% recommend this service.

Everything was very smooth. The desk clerk in the airport helped us with directions from our drop off to our apartment and with organising our return journey. The driver was great and very helpful getting us in and out of the boat!

The booking process was straightforward, allowing us to enter our hotel address and select a pickup point based on proximity. However, we weren’t provided with the name of the pier or details about the boat, just a confirmation message with the pickup time. Our designated pickup was San Zaccaria at 3:40 AM, but since there are multiple stops along the strip, we tried to clarify the exact location via message and phone call—unfortunately, we received no response. It wasn’t until a group waiting for a public water taxi mentioned a boat arriving that we suspected it might be ours. Luckily, it was, and we made it to the airport quickly in a warm and comfortable boat, which stopped for a few other passengers along the way. Overall, the service was great value for money and the boat was comfortable, but better communication regarding the exact pickup location would improve the experience.
