Classic Tour of the Baltic States

Welcome to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Upon arrival, you have the option to be transferred to the Hotel Artis Centrum**** or similar for check-in. A welcome meeting will be held to kickstart your Baltic adventure.

Begin your day with a walking tour of Vilnius' Old Town, home to over 1,200 medieval buildings and 48 churches. In the afternoon, opt for an excursion to Trakai, the medieval capital of Lithuania, and visit the well-preserved Trakai Castle. Conclude your day with an optional traditional Lithuanian dinner at Restaurant Senoji Trobele.

Depart from Vilnius and head to the western part of Lithuania. Stop at Kaunas, the former capital, to admire its beautiful Old Town. After a short afternoon tour in Klaipeda, take a ferry to the Curonian Spit before reaching the resort town of Nida. Check in at Hotel Nerija**** or similar. Explore Riga, the largest of the three Baltic capitals, known for its architectural diversity. The morning walking tour takes you to the Art Nouveaux district and Old Town. In the afternoon, opt for a visit to Jurmala, a vibrant Latvian sea resort known for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches. The evening offers an optional organ concert at the Dome Cathedral.

Discover medieval Latvia with an optional tour to the stunning Gauja National Park and the town of Sigulda. Listen to the medieval Latvian legend of the Rose of Turaida and see the ruins of the Episcopal Castle and the Castle of the Knights of the Sword. The tour continues along the coastal highway to the Estonian summer resort of Parnu. After a short tour of the resort, continue through the North Estonian land of forests and arrive in Tallinn in the early afternoon. Check in at the Hotel Radisson Blu Olympia**** or similar.

Experience the charm of Tallinn, a blend of medieval tranquillity and modern urban life. The sightseeing tour takes you around the old medieval city walls and into the Old Town. In the afternoon, opt for an excursion to Kadriorg Park and visit KUMU, the award-winning new Estonian Art museum. The evening offers an optional medieval dinner at Restaurant Maikrahv.
