Today, we head to Riga, the capital of Latvia. En route, we stop at the Hill of Crosses, a sacred site in Catholic Lithuania. We then cross into Latvia and visit the magnificent Rundale Palace, the former summer residence of the Duke of Courland. After a guided tour of the palace, we continue our journey to Riga, where we check into the Radisson Blu Latvija (or similar) in the late afternoon.
