We think the instructor's name was Jille (apologies if we got it wrong). Jille was highly knowledgeable about the wines of Bourgogne, yet patient with us, who are strict amateurs who barely know French. We learned a lot, and we enjoyed tastes of four wonderful wines. Yum!

Very informative. Learned about the region, the various denominations. The way wines are identified is very different from other regions, especially Bordeaux.
Our guide was charming and eager for us to
appreciate the various levels from regional to grands crus. Only complaint is the acoustics made it difficult to always hear her well.

Great introduction to Bourgogne pinot noir wines. Perfect for those that are a bit curious as to why this area is so well-known for its wines, but aren't at all wine experts. Adrian explained it all excellently in a nice relaxed way. Now we can read a label on a Bourgogne and not get too confused.
