Our Tour guide Pablo picked us up from our hotel. Car was very comfortable. Good service and private hire allowed us to leave when we wanted and be flexible. Gave good advice on where to go.

The whole trip was a great experience and very interesting to learn about. I want to say how good our driver Paul was throughout the entirety of the trip. He was very thoughtful and took care of me and my partner throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend going on this trip.

The whole trip was excellent. Our driver (Pavel?) came exactly on time and the car was lovely. He showed us a film about Auschwitz which was a great idea. He explained everything that would happen and he was friendly and welcoming. The guide we had (Chris) was excellent and the overall experience very moving. Lunch was absolutely delicious - wish we'd had more time to enjoy it! A thoroughly interesting and enjoyable. We would strongly recommend this particular tour to anyone. Something very emotive about visiting on a very cold day too.

Excellent service the entire day! Pawel was fantastic and gave us the insight scoop on the day. Our guide on the tour was one of the best we have ever toured with… we did the 6 hour walking tour and saw most everything and she told stories about what we were seeing that made it moving and personal.

Pablo picked us up directly from hotel in a very clean and comfortable car. He provided water, snacks and lunch (even a morning coffee as it was an early start!) for the day which was great. He shared with us a lot of interesting information about Auschwitz and also Poland. Once we were at Auschwitz he took us to the start of the English tour so we didn’t have to worry about not knowing where to go or what to do. Everything was extremely well organised and we felt looked after from start to finish. Make sure you book in advance if possible as the tour in Auschwitz is busy. Honestly Pablo was the best guide and chauffeur we have ever had!

Great to be collected from our AirBNB, transport was great except it would have been good to have the driver be able to tell us something south’s areas we were going through! The tour of the 2 camps is with others and depending on your tour time you may be eating your lunch in a hurry between the 2 tours!

Similar to another review, we booked this tour after our original tour (with a different operator) was cancelled due to insufficient number of guides being available. We booked this trip last minute and we are very glad we did! Mario (our driver) communicated extremely well and took the best care of us! Definitely recommend this trip to those wanting to visit Auschwitz. We took our own train to/from Warsaw and it was an easy process. I would recommend getting a late train back so that you have a couple of hours to enjoy Krakow before heading back to Warsaw (if you’re coming from Warsaw).

We booked this after being let down by several of the larger companies, and we were very happy that we did. We had a choice of trip times and Maciej arrived at our hotel as planned. The trip to Auschvitz was very sobering and sad but a must visit for everyone who comes to Krakow. We were looked after very well, and Maciej explained the process of joining the tour. We were also provided a delicious packed lunch which (we could not finish!) and then driven on to Birkenau to rejoin the second half of the tour.
Although it was a long drive it was very interesting talking to Maciej about the area and the visit. He also was able to take us to a hidden rail site used during the selection process.
I would definitely recommend this company 100% as Maciej was an excellent guide, he even recommended a lovely restaurant we visited that evening!
