The Lisbon Kayak Day Tour (transport & picnic at beach)

This kayak trip was the best experience! The area we went to was so beautiful. Our guides Joao and Pedro were great. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident even for beginner kayakers. We came in on a cruise ship the morning of our kayak trip and the meeting point was super close to the cruise port. Don’t hesitate if you want a fun active adventure. We loved it!

This is an excellent day trip outside Lisbon in the National Park. Nuno and Antonio made the trip fun with their stories and area knowledge. I highly recommend it for people who want a little bit of adventure, exercise, and a break from all the walking in Lisbon.

The shop was easy to find in the morning indicated by a paddle above the door. The transportation was amazing with hig windows I get moton sick easily and it was not a problem. The drive to the beach is beautiful and scenic and the cave we went to was very cool to explore. The second half was a relaxing beach day and lunch provided was delicious and healthy. Over all 10/10 and had an amazing time.

Such a good day to explore Lisbon! The kayaking was tough but we really enjoyed our day. The tour guides were amazing, so friendly! And the picnic lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend 😊

It was absolutely incredible. The guides knew exactly what they were doing and where they were going. They were so friendly. It was also a cultural experience, we shared things about our culture et theirs. It was honeslty an amazing experience i would go back to Lisboa only to that again! Be kind with them because they are !

09:00 hrs Pickup from TIME OUT MARKET of Lisbon and drive through the scenic upcountry to Arrabida Park in a van is an enjoyable journey. Most of the time the drive is through the Foggy climate.

You meet a guide at the Arrabida Park. Ours was AFONSO. Absolutely knowledgeable, passionate guide. Explains the Kayaking in depth and then leads you throughout the journey explaining the various parts of Arrabida Park. He has super knowledge about the restaurants across the PORTUGAL which serves the food to your taste. We had a combination of Vegetarian, Fish lover and meat fello. AFONSO gave us so much. He is a good photographer too and shares the photos along the Kayaking by the time you reach your hotel.

Sandwiches on a small beach at lunch time is an treat in the middle of nowhere, with AFONSO carrying his home made cake and some fruits. You can enjoy a swim in cold water of ocean. Absolutely Refreshing.

By the end of around 9km. kayaking you are tired and all of us were dozing on our return journey. We were back at 16:00 Hrs for a pastry and coffee AFONSO had recommended in Time Out Market.

Wonderful day adventure! Hosts are very attentive to make sure everyone is having fun and cared for. Picnic on the beach is amazing - great food and cocktails. Great time enjoying nature and getting away from the city. Loved how Ernas Nuno shared a bit about the local culture and the area. Must do! You won’t regret this tour. Loved the extra touch with hotel drop off!

Amazing trip with the two guides! Great dudes who really want to help anyone who needs it. Loved the stretching before we went out. Picnic on the beach was a great touch

Great time on this tour. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. They accommodated my 7 year old nephew brilliantly. The only issue is the kayaking starts about an hour away, which we did not know. We didn’t know there would be a van ride there and back. The food was great. Really fun day!

Did the Arrábida Kayak tour. The guides are awesome people and they really make an effort to make it a great day for everyone. I joined solo and it felt like a day hanging with a group op friends. Everything was organised really wel and the lunch was awesome.Had such an active and chill day. If you're up for some kayaking I really recommend doing it with this company.
