From Rhodes to Symi Island & Panormiti Monastery Pilgrimage.60min

A superb and very well organised day trip to stunning Symi. Tania, our ticket agent, was very friendly and helpful. Athanasia, our English-language guide, gave us a quick, entertaining and extremely informative tour of the harbour area, giving us enough time to climb Kali Strata and enjoy the amazing views from the Kastro. A great day out and excellent value for money.

It is a must visit but is an hour by boat to get there with an earl ish start - but totally worth it.

I highly recommend Sea Dreams! I had a an amazing day going over to Symi Island on this beautiful boat. The crew were so pleasant and helpful throughout. The boat has a well stocked bar which sells food and drinks all day long. I will definitely be using Sea Dreams again.

We went n for the day and the boat trip was comfy . The waters so calm and clear . Simi Island is such a delight .

Simi Island where every one is dropped off can get very busy . Just remember where you get dropped off n make sure that’s where you get picked up . There are cafes all along the water side . The buildings so pretty n colourful too . If you go when it’s hot then be prepared to wear appropriate clothing as there’s not much shelter . The boats all around and winding little streets takes your breath away .

Comfy footwear , hat , sun cream and water is essential . Drink n restaurants are plentiful .

Would recommend a visit

Cannot believe people whinging saying 2 hours was long enough and just wanted to go back to Rhodes. There are loads of places to see on Symi.

We had a lovely stay and found the catamaran to be comfortable and was great to have food and drink available.

Suggest taking a sea sick pill - especially kids as a youngster nearly through up on my wife and I as they were sat opposite.

We spent a very satisfying day exploring the harbor village section of Symi, then hopped back on the catamaran to venture around to the other side of the island and spend time viewing the icon and the grounds. The catamaran simply provided transporation to and from Symi. Everything was well communicated. If I had 1 complaint it would be that there was not enough seating with good air circulation up top. Plenty of seating overall, but stifling if you tried to get out of the sun. Well done.

Sat inside going to Symi seating is plentiful and comfortable. Crew very friendly and helpful. They also allowed a shop keeper from the island to board the vessel to find a shop lifter!!!!

Panormitis: Lovely monastery and its part of St Michael's Line that I'm doing. Its the 5th I've been so far.

It was a wonderful day trip to Symi island and Panormitis! Nice speed boat only in 1 hour! Panormitis is a must and Symi is very popular for the sponges!

Was a great trip to Symi today great weather and was very scenic a good walk around and lunch was good too the tour bus on way back had a lack of aircon though so after a long day could’ve done with it on way home
