The short Cruise on the boat was really good.
The boat had more than enough space for all 14 people in Board.
The On Tales Crew was really friendly and quickly located some dolphins.

We loved this trip. Boat was really nice and staff were professional and pleasant. We saw many of common dolphins. Facilities such as drinks and towels etc. included the trip. If you want to see dolphins in Madeira we would recommended this trip.

The crew made us feel welcome and were very informative and attentive throughout the trip. We were lucky enough to see a whole pod of dolphins. But even without the animals it's a great way to see the island from a different perspective! Thank you also for the many photos we received. It allowed us to sit back, relax and enjoy the whole trip!

On Tales were brilliant, even though i didnt go on a tour. I mistakenly booked for a week in after the date i thought i would be going out!
Despite this they were super helpful, rebooking me only for the weather to take a turn. They were clear with communication, understanding and extremely proactive in trying to help me experience the tour, but unfortunately due to individual error and bad weather it wasnt to be!
After all this (and my individual mistake) they fully refunded me.
If (when) i got back to Madeira i will definitely be booking with them again, their customer service is immaculate!
