E Bike Day Trip I Visit a Roman Castle and Taste Craft Beer

Oustanding trip - even in 90 degree heat! Our guide, Vojta, was very informative and willing to adjust the tour (contacting us for an earlier departure due to heat and shifting return route a bit). We ended up with a three person tour which was amazing! We rode about 45-50km using e-bikes for the first time (we are fairly experienced riders) and are now converts to these). Our ride left from the S of Prague and went along several rivers and through lovely small villages. Most riding was on tarmac with some on dirt paths/roads. We had some really lovely views of Karstjen Castle and fields and hills in the Cesky kras area. It was great to be able to stop for pictures at will and ask lots of questions. We enjoyed our lunch at a brewery and then biked to where we took a train back to Prague. I would strongly recommend and do again. Vojta was a great guide! He also sent us pictures and recommendations for things to do in the city as well which were very helpful.

First off my tour guide Monika was amazing, she did a great job from start to finish and she did it all with good humour and grace. She even gave me some tips for getting around Prague and recommended some cool things to do and eat.

The bike tour itself was fantastic, bright and sunny day, not too many hills and the castle was beautiful. The brewery had some great beer and food as well.

Everyone should take a bike ride through the Czech countryside! It was an amazing day. Our guide Lucie was punctual, friendly, and such a great leader on our trip to Karlstein castle and to lunch! I was impressed with the knowledge and all of the trails/bridges/pathways for cycling on this trip!

Great bike ride along the river into the countryside outside Prague. A good workout but not overly strenuous. Great lunch and beer at a local brewery. Our guide Lucie was very well organized, gracious and capable.

We had the best time on the e-bike tour to the castle and restaurant with craft beer. Our guide Lucie was terrific and had great energy. She catered the tour to our ability levels and made sure everyone got what they wanted out of the tour. Our group consisted of a family of three who decided to end their day at the castle, and my friend and I who decided to continue cycling and try out the local beers.

The way was mostly flat until we got closer to the castle, where the e-bikes helped a lot. If you want more of a workout, you can keep the e-bike level at a 0 or 1 out of 5. If you want to cruise with little effort, you can put this number higher. Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough, we had a beautiful day with splendid views and it was the highlight of our trip in Prague. Thanks Lucie!

Before I rave about this experience/adventure I should mention I am a few months short of my 75th birthday. The ride was totally fun, the ride along the river easy and the pace totally doable. The e-bikes were easy to use with 5 levels of assist and I believe 5 different gears. We rode approximately 55 km one way with a train ride provided back. Martin, our guide, was extremely capable, knowledgeable and helpful all along the course. Lunch and beer at a quaint village was provided. The max group size is 6 and our group hit it off from the beginning! And, oh yes, the castle was beautiful!! I could not recommend this trip more...

It was a fantastic day. I booked the trip for my class, so we were 27 people. Martin and the other guides were so nice and extremely professional and made sure we felt safe the whole trip. Before the day of the activity, I spoke with Martin to sort everything out, since we were so many people, but it was so nice and everything went so well. All of my classmates were very satisfied with the day, and even though they were sceptic of biking 40-50km, everyone said it was the best day they had of the days we were in Prague. It was very fun to get outside Prague and experience the beautiful nature surrounding it. I highly recommend doing this activity.

Amazing experience! I recommend Martin because it's an excellent guide and do everything to make you feel comfortably! The trip was amazing, with beautiful scenarios and bike was perfect! I have a lot of funny and I am satisfied!
