Welcome to the vibrant city of Oslo, the Green Capital of Europe. After settling into your comfortable hotel near the airport, take a quick 20-minute train ride to the city center. Explore the bustling shops and cafes near Oslo Central Station, take a leisurely stroll in the Botanical Garden, or enjoy the scenic waterfront area.
Day 2 – Day 2: Journey to Longyearbyen and Boarding the M/V Sea Spirit

Today, you'll fly to Longyearbyen, the starting point of our Arctic expedition. Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and escort you to the pier to board our expedition vessel, the M/V Sea Spirit. Settle into your spacious suite and familiarize yourself with the ship. As we set sail through the wildlife-rich waters of Isfjorden, one of Svalbard's largest fjords, enjoy a delicious dinner on board and marvel at the endless evening light.

As we navigate southwest across the Greenland Sea toward East Greenland, keep your eyes peeled for marine mammals. The Greenland Sea was once home to a large number of different whale species, and with conservation efforts, these majestic creatures are making a comeback. Enjoy the thrill of spotting these magnificent animals in their natural habitat.
Day 4 – Day 4: Exploration of East Greenland

Today, we embark on an authentic Arctic adventure in East Greenland. Our exploration will be guided by weather and sea ice conditions. Expect to witness magnificent scenery as we navigate through the Franz Josef Fjord and Kong Oscar Fjord, part of the world's largest and most remote national park. Look out for musk oxen and Arctic hares on the multicolored tundra, and marvel at the colossal icebergs created by tidewater glaciers.

After exploring the Northeast Greenland coastline and fjords, we set sail back across the Greenland Sea toward Svalbard. Spend the day at sea attending presentations and workshops by our expert staff, or simply enjoy seabird viewing and whale sightings from the open decks or your stateroom window.

Today, we explore the High Arctic wilderness of Svalbard. Our itinerary is flexible to maximize your experience, with weather and sea ice conditions guiding our route. Keep an eye out for polar bears, reindeer, and Arctic foxes. We'll also visit Ny Ålesund, a former mining town now home to Arctic researchers. Discover its museum, gift shop, and post office, and learn about its role in historic North Pole expeditions.
