Tromso Arctic Experience - 6 days

Welcome to the Arctic Capital, Tromsø! Upon arrival, make your way to your hotel (or similar) for check-in. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the city's unique blend of Arctic culture and vibrant urban life. In the evening, meet your guide for a welcome meeting in the hotel reception.

After breakfast at the hotel, prepare for an exciting day exploring the Tromsø region and visiting the world's northernmost Polar Park. Here, you'll have the chance to encounter Arctic wildlife such as lynx, wolves, and wolverines, as well as gentler creatures like elk, reindeer, and Arctic foxes. After your wildlife adventure, continue your journey to the port city of Narvik, known for its rich history.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards Sortland, where you'll visit a traditional SAMI reindeer farm. Engage with a reindeer herder and meet the majestic reindeer. After lunch, continue your journey to Svolvær, the largest town in the Lofoten Islands. Upon arrival, check into your hotel (or similar) and spend the rest of the day exploring the charming surroundings at your leisure.

Today, explore the breathtaking Lofoten Islands, known for their white sandy beaches, towering mountains, and picturesque fishing villages. After your exploration, continue your journey towards Harstad. In the evening, join your tour escort for a thrilling Northern Lights chase, as they guide you to the perfect location to witness this awe-inspiring natural phenomenon.

After an early breakfast, depart by fast boat to Tromsø, arriving around 10:00. Take a short walk to your hotel (or similar) before joining a panoramic city walk led by your tour guide. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, with optional activities such as a guided Aurora Husky visit, a guided snowmobile tour, or a Northern Lights Cruise (booked and paid for locally).

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before bidding farewell to the captivating city of Tromsø. Make your own way to the airport for your departure. Safe travels!
