Day Trip from Prague to Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Park

We had an amazing day on this trip with Misiu as our guide - he was sp friendly and gave us lots of interesting information at each place we visited. All of the places we visited had incredible views and the lunch was delicious. This was a highlight of our trip to Prague and we would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys hiking and beautiful scenery.

It was a great day trip, we were picked up promptly from the hotel and spent the day exploring natural landscapes with moderate hikes. Robert, our guide, was very thoughtful and found a way to connect with everybody on the tour. He shared a lot of information without overwhelming us, about old history, WWII, growing up in a Soviet block and the contemporary culture of the Check Republic. The views were spectacular.

Really good trip - Jana (our tour guide) was very knowledgeable about this area and gave us a really interesting overview of the history and nature.

Our guide was Jana and she was brilliant. Arrived on time and we immediately felt at ease. Her English is exceptional and she is extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited and Prague history in general.

We could walk at our own pace and we're very grateful for the spikes provided for our boots as it was very snowy and slippy.

The views were awe inspiring and Jana's added information made it perfect.

If you enjoy walking and beautiful scenery we would definitely recommend this, especially in the winter when it is less crowded.

Unreal Experience, saw the most beautiful natural wonders with very unique sandstone formations. The day was organised exceptionally well, involved some outdoor activity and plenty of beautiful photo oppotunities. Our guide John was very knowledgeable, great at time keeping to ensure we got maximum time at all stops and is a very talented photographer - make sure you take him up on the offer for some pics!! A great and highly recommended day trip!

Brilliant day out - hike was overall about 11 k first half reasonably easy - steps involved- second half much shorter and easier. Beautiful scenery and dramatic rock features.

Bohemian Tours guide Robert was amazing and made the day fun and very informative.

Brilliant trip - highly recommend as a great day trip out of Prague. We did about a 9km fairly easy hike up to the Pravcicka brana (Narnia archway) - a fair few sometimes steep steps but all doable with safety rails. Walking through wooded areas with spectacular sandstone rocks.Taken for a nice lunch at a local town followed by another c3km hike - much easier and flatter - to the Bastei Bridge with more spectacular views.

Robert, our guide, was outstanding and made the whole day lots of fun and very interesting.

Not sure I would call this hike “easy”, I found it challenging in parts but manageable. Our guide didn’t rush any of our small group of 8, he allowed us to complete it at our own pace.

The boat ride was ok. Not sure it was worth the hike up and down the steep stairs. Bastei bridge and the national park were amazing. Excellent views and our guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Lunch was nice, I had a traditional dish. I had a great group which made the day better.

I would recommend this trip for the day to get out of the city, but be prepared for lots of walking.

What an incredible experience! I found this looking for something our team could do as a building event, and it didn’t disappoint. Our tour guide, Alex, was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with not only us, but the other group as well. The van was comfortable for the travels from our hotel in Prague all the way to The national park and the bridge. Everyone was in enough, good health to be able to experience the tour through the rocks as well as visit the bridge. It is a long day, packed the necessities, however, they always have snack snacks and water for you and make a couple stops just in case you need something. I will keep this information for future coworkers who visit this area.

Great scenery. Loved both places...Tisa and Bastei Bridge. Especially loved the snow at Tisa...and feeling like I was in Narnia. Tour guide was great too.
