It was a great day to unwind, chill and have us driven around this lovely city. Efi greeted us with a smile. She was helpful and pleasant. Her English was impeccable. The bus was clean. The recorded tour was interesting. We always seek out the HoHo bus to give us the highlights. Then we explore the attractions on our own. Get back on the bus at our leisure and continue or go around again. They respect their schedules. Efi coincidentally was at the downtown stop upon our return. We shared some observations and laughs. It became a day filled with lovely memories.

Nice and easy tour to get out to the Palace of Knossis and to see all around town. We had only a day in the port and got to see a little bit of Heraklion.

I had an amazing time using this tour bus service. The staff of the tour bus were so helpful and very professional. I forgot my souvenir bag on the bus and I contacted them on WhatsApp and got a response immediately with clear instructions provided to me on how to get my bag. My bag was handed to an amazing staff called Ioanna same day and I got my souvenir bag intact from her at the same bus stop. I was also kept company while I waited for the bus on the 2nd day by the friendly Melina at the Port stop. Just an amazing service and it’s 5/5. I’ll definitely be using them again when next I’m in Greece.

Arrived in Heraklion on a cruise just for a day so wanted to do a lot in a little time. Kalliopi Fazou was so helpful enabling us to see some cultural sights and spend time at a beautiful beach. The bus service is brilliant with also a helpful driver. Thank you.

First off there are several hop on & off companies so it’s your responsibility to make sure you get on the right one. The stops for this one were very clearly labeled. But many people from other companies kept trying to get on.
What I loved about this one is there are two routes included in one bus ticket. One route goes around the city. We took it to Stop 9 - the palace then completed the route. Do the palace early as it gets hot and busy. Commentary was decent along the way & aligned fairly well with the points.
The second route goes to the beach so we were able to spend on afternoon relaxing.
Both routes went by the cruise port.
