My amazing guide and driver Rob (pronounced Raab) met me on the pier exactly as promised. I love the fact that booking through TA gives me immediate communication with the tour company. I was able to discuss my mobility issues, traveling with a foldable walker, and my ideas for an itinerary that would limit walking well in advance so that Rob could come up with a plan. Had an absolutely WONDERFUL day. Highly recommend.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw places that other tours may not visit. It was an excellent tour and included the cost of the entry tickets to Dunvegan Castle. We were not rushed and the tour was tailored to our interests.

Quirrang, but the trip around the northern part of the isle was all beautiful. Willy was an excellent guide and provided a great background on isle life and history which I appreciated. As a solo traveler with limited time in the Isle of Skye the private tour provided me the opportunity to see what I wanted and spend the time at each sight that I wanted.

Brian Wells (BWS Taxi) was a great find. We are two women from the States and Ireland who needed an expert to give us a private tour to see the main sights of Skye. Our focus was photography. Brian was a master at finding the best vantage points—rain or shine. He was more than willing to stop to capture a moment or for impromptu shots. He shared many “off the basic tour” sights, including a one-hole golf course with a water hole over the edge of a loch located on a neighbor’s property. He was personable, amazing, humorous and shared many detailed stories about living on Skye. And most importantly, he put safety first when traversing the narrow roads. Thanks Brian—you truly made our trip memorable!

Willie was a kind man who has lived in Skye his entire life. We had terrible weather and so the drive around the island with 5 in the car had its moments when we got out. sadly, it was a rather dreary experience as it relies largely on the scenery
