My husband and I took a cooking class with Chef Dante - we learned a lot and made ourselves a delicious lunch which included steak in a wine reduction, fresh pasta with sausage and peppers and tiramisu! Chef Dante was fantastic! We had a wine tasting after lunch - ordered wine and balsamic vinegar. All arrived safely about a week after we got home. No crowds since we were here in January.
