Guided Tour of Pompeii Ruins with Lunch and Wine

This was an excellent tour with alot of personalized guidance. Giuseppe was very informative and entertaining. Our tour of Pompeii was in-depth and our guide really showed us how they lived in the town - she was also very aware of avoiding the crowds and knew every street and highlight to make this truly immersive. The wine tour and lunch were quite enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour company.

Wonderful tour guide who was very knowledgeable. We went in the off season, so our group only had four people. Lunch at the winery was very nice (be aware they try to get you to buy their wine, which is on the expensive side, but nobody said anything when we did not buy any). Tour group company was very nice. Highly recommend.

Lovely day, Sonia was brilliant. Amazing knowledge of the ruins. Lorenzo was incredibly friendly in taking us up to the winery.

The winery itself was stunning in the foothills of Vesuvius, good views over the Bay of Naples (despite the weather and the clouds) good wine and food experience.

Our guide for Pompeii was so sweet and really took her time showing us around, she had a lot of fun facts and we really enjoyed her.. for the wine tasting Lorenzo the driver was incredible!! So funny, very entertaining and kept the tour vibe upbeat! The first winery we went to was the best Sorrentino, make sure you do this one!

Sofia was extremely knowledgeable and had a wonderful way of explaining the daily life of Pompeii. She kept us entertained and engaged all day even though it was pouring rain. Service. food and wine choices were excellent - no hard sell. HIGHLY recommend!

The Pompeii tour was exceptional! Daniel was our guide (3rd generation) and was so knowledgeable being born and raised in Pompeii. We learned so much in a jam-packed two hours, it flew by! Lorenzo drove us up to the vineyard and we had a great lunch with fabulous wines. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

Theresa was an amazing tour guide for Pompeii! But our driver to the wine tasting/lunch on Mount Vesuvius his name was LORENZO! This guy stole the show. Best tour guide we had while in Italy! This is definitely an excursion you wanna do while in Italy. Ask for Lorenzo for sure to be ur driver for the wine fest. And ask him about his mice! Lol. One of the best tours I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Our tour of Pompeii and wine tasting were wonderful. Our Pompeii guide, Mayna, was so helpful and patient and kept it interesting and engaging for all of us, including an 11-year old. It was only the 3 of us, so turned out to be effectively a private tour. Our drivers, especially Lorenzo, were incredibly friendly. The wine tasting exceeded our expectations. Incredible wine and the food was fantastic. Umberto took care of us incredibly well and they accommodated our food restrictions (one vegetarian and one gluten-free) really well. We had a wonderful time and would do this tour again. Grazie!

We were a mixed family group with one baby and this tour was wonderful. Giuseppe, the owner, was our driver and he was very accommodating, providing a car seat and helping to pack the stroller with us. Our guide in Pompeii was Chiara. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and also very warm with our group. She helped us navigate the stroller around Pompeii without skipping a beat. Finally, our tour of the vineyard and tasting/lunch at Sorrentino winery was the perfect way to wind down our day. The wines were delicious, the food was good, and we even met the owner of the winery. Visiting Pompeii in the winter worked out really well for us. It did sprinkle at the end of our time in Pompeii, but there weren’t the crowds typical in the summer and we could explore without feeling constricted at all. Highly recommend!

My best friend and I were looking for a wine tasting to do while we were in Italy and I think we hit the jackpot when we signed up for this experience. The tour guide at the ruins was super friendly and informative. She made the tour fun and educational. Then our driver to the winery made us feel so at home. You could tell he really cared about us having a nice, relaxing time. The winery was exquisite. Due to the season, the grapes were not on the bushes, but the views were still amazing. You get a full 360 view of the volcano, the mountain range, and the ocean. It was breathtaking. The service in the winery was also perfect. They brought out a variety of different wines and food courses (all of which tasted amazing). This was an experience I will never forget and I hope that one day I can come back and do it again.
