Hubert picked us up from our hotel in a nice new Mercedes saloon. He was friendly, courteous, professional and very attentive. We could not have asked for anyone better - he truly was a wonderful host, shame about the football team he supports 🤷🏻♂️

We booked a trip with Krakow Direct for 10 of us to Auschwitz and the Salt mine. Our drivers were Aleksandra and Andrzej as we needed two cars. They were both absolutely fantastic, really knowledgeable and fun and always on time to pick us up and guide us through next parts of tours. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again 5 ⭐️

Outstanding and well organized tour. Driver showed up on time, had a short video on Auschwitz in the car. Wi-Fi in the car was outstanding. It was a smooth and well organized tour with a great tour guide when we arrived at Auschwitz.

We booked onto this really last minute and they were extremely accommodating. The transport was clean and on time, and picked us up right outside the hotel. The guides and driver were all very knowledgeable. Our driver, Michael, was amazing and made a good trip even better

Outstanding. Private car driven by Rafa, gorgeous clean car and such a lovely young man. Informed us of travel times and said to let him know if we needed to stop for breaks. Even took us to a shop so we could buy some lunch. Faultless service taking us to the venues and introducing us to guides. He could not have done any more for us he was excellent would highly recommend thank you!

This was a fantastic tour! Michael was our driver/tour guide for the day and he was awesome. He was extremely professional and very kind. The tour van to pick-us up was on -time and we watched a video about Auschwitz on our way there that was extremely impactful. Once we got to Auschwitz the company had taken care of anything. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for it to open since we had arrived early. The tour guide at Auschwitz and Birkenau was fantastic. After the Auschwitz tour we had about a 15 minute break and then the van took us over to Birkenau. After that we drove to the salt mine. When we got there we had a 50 minute break before the tour. Overall the day was great because we did not have to think or worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and the day went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Our experience with KrakowDirect was fantastic! We booked our tour directly with the company and they were punctual and professional. They picked us up at our hotel, in a luxury Mercedes van and we watched a video movie on the Liberation of Auschwitz, which brought tears to my eyes, on our hour drive there. Then we had an exceptional, knowledgeable and very thorough tour guide, Anna, who gave us in depth history lesson at both Auschwitz and Birkenau. Then we were driven to Salt Mine, also amazing tour guide there, then driven back to our hotel. Our driver for all 3 locations was Adam and he was polite, courteous, and professional as well. The overall experience with KrakowDirect was superb! We also used them for airport transfer, pick up and return...excellent customer service! Highly recommend this company!

We were picked up at the hotel and driven the entire day to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine near Krakow. The car was very clean and driver was very friendly and spoke perfect English.
