Hope this helps others. Activity was sold by ComFort Tours as fast track entry to Auschwitz Berkenau with guided tour. Met provider 0915. He had no tickets and queued in public line for tickets. First entry available 1230. I asked him what he was actually doing for the money we had paid which was 3x the entry price. No answer. The cashier told me they are trying to stop these companies from deceiving clients - the tour is provided by Auschwitz museum not the activity provider. Activity provider said we should contact his boss and sent us on the shuttle bus to Birkenau saying we could do that whilst we were waiting for the Auschwitz tour. We went there and the museum coordinator said there was no tour for us because we had not come with the group. We walked round alone and returned to Auschwitz at 1230 for the public tour. After complaining to both provider and GYG I was refunded £71 difference. Shocked that provider is trying to profiteer at Auschwitz. Sincerely hope he is shut down.

thought the groups were too close together, sometimes there were 2 or 3 groups in 1 room

At night there was a new announcement that many people should be there. When I woke up at 7:30 in the morning, I should have been there already. We have an hour's drive. Late the night before, I still checked that it was 10 o'clock.

Originally, I had booked the 10 AM on August 20, but I was advised that it had changed to 8:45 AM on August 19. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the 8:45 AM because was driving down from Warsaw and it wouldn’t work logistically. I subsequently asked if I could get a refund given that the 8:45 AM time was different from the 10 AM which I had registered. Alternatively, I also suggested if I could attend a 10 AM on August 21. Unfortunately, I did not get any feedback from the tour guide after several calls. I’m very disappointed.
