In this option - Pickup take place directly from your selected hotel or apartment in Krakow (or the nearest location up to 5 minutes walk if vehicle access is prohibited or difficult). In the next steps, choose your accommodation address.

Good to know

Wheelchairs and strollers are strictly prohibited in the salt mine due to the narrow corridors and stairs. The tour is not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia to enter the salt mine. There is a lot of walking during the tour therefore the tour is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and pregnant women. The temperature in the Salt Mine is about 15 degrees Celsius. Remember to wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes. The pick-up location for your tour depends on the option you choose. The day before the tour (in the afternoon around 3:00pm), you will receive the exact pickup time from the agreed location. Pick-ups take place daily between 9.20 and 10.20. In a situation where access by vehicle is prohibited or difficult, the nearest meeting point will be designated up to 5 minutes walk.
