Embark on an unforgettable 9-day journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Poland. This multi-day tour will take you from the charming city of Krakow to the heart of the Little Pieniny Mountain Range, through the lush valleys and high peaks of the Tatra Mountains, and finally back to the vibrant city life of Krakow. Along the way, you'll experience the unique culture and hospitality of the local communities, taste traditional cuisine, and explore the natural beauty of national parks. Whether you're an avid hiker or a nature enthusiast, this tour promises a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

5 nights in pensions on a twin basis with private facilities, 2 nights refuges on a multi share basis with shared facilities, 1 night 3 star hotel on a twin share basis with private facilities
Luggage Transfer, 1 piece maximum 20kg, except when staying at the mountain huts on day 4 and day 7. On these nights you will need to carry your overnight requirements with you in your daypack. Your main luggage will be available the next day.
8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners - Continental breakfasts are served and usually consist of breads, jams, meats, cheeses, coffee, tea and juices and may be more more basic in the huts. Lunches will generally consist of bread, fillings and fruit. Dinner will consist of 2 or 3 courses which is generally soup followed by a main meal and dessert.

Day 1 – Day 1: Krakow to Jaworki

We start our journey from the heart of Krakow at 9 am, heading towards the enchanting village of Jaworki nestled in the Little Pieniny Mountain Range. After a 2-hour drive, we settle into our cozy guesthouse, our home for the next three nights. In the afternoon, we embark on a warm-up walk through the gorge, working up an appetite for a welcome dinner by the campfire, complete with local grilled cheese, sausages, and homemade vodka.
Day 2 – Day 2: Exploring Jaworki

Our first hike begins right from our guesthouse. We follow a trail along the scenic White Water’s Valley, gradually ascending onto the mountain ridge that borders Slovakia. The trail offers stunning views of both countries, with the towering peaks of the Tatras mountains in the backdrop. We return to Jaworki in the afternoon after a fulfilling day of exploration.

We start the day with a bus ride to Szczawnica, where our trail begins. After crossing the river by barge, we enter the Pieniny Mountains National Park, known for its limestone and dolomite rock formations. We ascend to the peak of Sokolica, offering a splendid view of the Dunajec gorges. We then climb the highest peak in the national park, Okraglica, before descending back to Jaworki for dinner and overnight stay.

We start the day with a short transfer to the village of Rzeki. From here, we begin our climb of Mt Turbacz, the highest mountain in the region, passing through the heart of Gorces National Park. The trail is lined with beautiful mountain pastures and charming wooden cabins. As we reach the plateau of Turbacz, we are rewarded with splendid views of the rugged Tatra Mountains.
Day 5 – Day 5: Rzeki to Zakopane

We begin the day exploring the heart of the Gorce National Park, descending from the plateau of Turbacz and heading east. After a lunch stop at one of the mountain huts, we continue to Rabka, where we freshen up before transferring to Zakopane. Known as the capital of the Tatras, Zakopane is a bustling town with charming architecture and a vibrant nightlife. We spend the evening enjoying the local hospitality.

We spend another exciting day in the Tatra National Park, the highest mountain range in the Carpathians. Depending on the weather conditions, our guide will choose a trail either in the high Tatra for a challenging day walk or a more gentle but equally scenic walk in the western Tatra.

We start the day with a short transfer to the Krowiarki Pass, stopping en route in Chocholow Village to admire the beautiful wooden houses. At the Krowiarki Pass, we begin our hike to the peak of Babia Gora, known as the 'Queen of Beskidy'. From the peak, we enjoy one of the most impressive panoramas of the Polish mountains before descending into the valley for our overnight stay.

We descend to the village of Zawoja and board the bus to Krakow. Upon arrival, we enjoy a group farewell lunch followed by an optional walk on the outskirts of the city. The evening is free for you to explore the vibrant nightlife of Krakow.
