The most beautiful nature with very exciting physical activities!
Special notice for people, who never had something like this: don't be afraid to try it - you shouldn't have perfect physical condition to do this; it is completely possible if you can just walk in nature.
Friendly and positive attended instructors will show you everything and will help, if neccessary.
