Today's hike takes you to São Lourenço Point, the easternmost peninsula of Madeira. This 8km trail, often referred to as the 'Dragon's Tail', takes you along a narrow stretch of rugged coastline with stunning rock formations and two private beaches where you can take a dip.

Start your day with a hike to the Cabo Girão viewpoint, one of Europe's highest cliffs.
