We had the BEST day with Vinny. We took the train from Lisboa and met him near the station. It was remarkable how much better our experience was in Sintra with him driving and sharing information about the town vs waiting, sitting in traffic and being jammed on a bus. We had purchased the Lisbon cards but they are not valid for the 434 bus. Meeting up with Vinny literally saved us so much time to get from train, to Pena, Moorish Castle and the Initiation Well back to the little town for a bit. He would tell us how to save time in the lines, what to prioritize to visit based on what we said we were interested in and picked us up throuhout the route so we didn't have to walk on the narrow, busy roads. Even if you don't want to take this specific tour, reach out and let him know what you are interested in visiting in Sintra including beaches or nearby areas. You won't regret your choice! Thank you again for sharing Sintra with us! We had a great day!

Vinny is the man. Great guide. Knows his stuff about the area and how to get to most out of your day. The best part was that Vinny in addition to being very entertaining and knowledgeable about everything in the area he gave us options all day. We could do this or this from here so we got to pick what would enhance our day. The train station was closed at the end of the day for me reason and he drove us 2 towns away to catch a train back to Lisbon.
I would recommend using Vinny 1000%.
