My wife and I visited Zadar on the first stop of our cruise this summer. I like to think of this tour the biggest hidden gem of trip. We knew very little about Zadar or Croatia in general prior to visiting, but fell in love as soon as we arrived. Our guide Dorja was the best and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. We even got to try some cheese and a local liqueur (per request) which was a nice touch. Perks of chatting with the guide 😀. I would highly recommend this great tour for any first time visitor to Croatia. The city itself is amazing and did not feel overcrowded or touristy at all. My wife and I loved how easy it was to explore the city’s streets and definitely could have spent hours admiring the Adriatic while sitting by the sea organ.

The sea organ will always be memorable. As vessels pass, the wake causes air to pass through special underground pipes creating sounds through the walkpath. Also, the solar planetary ground art is a treasure and must be seen by the seashore at night. The tour encompasses many historical sights and indepth history. A must for those interested in customs, culture, people and historical fact in a very understandable manner. Great tour!
