We start our journey from the International Skopje Airport, heading towards the renowned Macedonian wine region, Tikvesh. Our destination is the town of Demir Kapija, where we'll stay at the Popova Kula Winery hotel (or similar). Here, we'll learn about the wine-making process and the different varieties of wine. We'll also explore the vineyards and the town, mingling with locals and learning about their culture and traditions. The day concludes with a delightful dinner featuring local wine, cheese, and meat dishes.

In the late afternoon, we'll arrive in Dihovo, a charming village nestled in the foothills of Mountain Baba and National Park Pelister. Here, a local beekeeper will introduce us to the fascinating world of honeybees. We'll end the day with a home-cooked meal and drinks in a traditional villa, using organic ingredients from the family's private gardens.
