Upon your arrival at Bucharest Airport, you'll be greeted and driven to the breathtaking Balea Lake via the Transfagarasan Highway, known as 'the Road to the Sky'. Enjoy a snack or picnic lunch en route. After a 4-hour journey, you'll reach the Balea Lake Chalet, where you'll have dinner and spend the night.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before taking an optional walk around the stunning Balea Lake. Then, transfer to Sibiu, stopping along the way for a hike to the Balea Waterfall. After breakfast, you'll drive east from Breb to visit a small wooden church in Poienile Izei village. Then, you'll cross the Mestecanis and Sadova / Curmatura Boului Passes to Vatra Moldovitei village, stopping along the way to admire the decorations on houses in Ciocanesti village.
