Begin your day with a city tour of Cluj Napoca, the Capital of Transylvania. Visit the iconic St Michael Church, the birthplace of Hungarian king Matias Corvin, the Opera House, and the Theatre. Afterward, we'll embark on a journey towards the picturesque region of Bucovina, passing through Bistrita. Our final stop for the day is Gura Humorului, where we'll stay for the next two nights.

After breakfast, we'll explore the UNESCO-listed Moldavian Monasteries. Our first stop is the Voronet Monastery, known as 'The Sixteen Chapel of the East in blue'. Next, we'll visit the Moldovita Monastery, where a nun will share insights into their daily life. We'll then head to Sucevita, the 'Pearl of the Moldavian Monasteries', and the ceramics workshop in Marginea. In the afternoon, we'll visit the Humor Monastery, founded by a noble family.
Day 4 – Day 4: Journey through Tg Neamt, Piatra Neamt to Bicaz Gorge and Brasov

We start our day by driving through Tg Neamt and Piatra Neamt to the breathtaking Bicaz Gorge. Along the way, we'll visit the Agapia Monastery, the largest nun monastery in the country. At Bicaz Gorge, we'll take a short, easy walk to enjoy the natural beauty. Next, we'll drive towards Transylvania and visit the fortified church in Prejmer, the most important and best-preserved fortified church in Transylvania. We'll end the day with a warm dinner at a local family's home in Brasov, where we'll stay for the next two nights.

After breakfast, we'll drive to Sighisoara, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Here, we'll explore the Covered Staircase, the Hill Church, and the Clock Tower. In the afternoon, we'll drive to Biertan to visit the imposing fortified church, which served as the Bishop's residence for almost 300 years. We'll end the day with a delightful dinner and overnight stay in a cozy pension.
