Our adventure begins in Edinburgh, where we head north through the Kingdom of Fife to visit Lindores Abbey Distillery, a modern marvel on the site of Scotland's first recorded distillery. After exploring the distillery's rich history and innovative practices, we continue our journey into the breathtaking Cairngorms National Park. A scenic drive brings us to Braemar for a delightful lunch and exploration. Our next stop is the Whisky Castle, where we sample three exquisite Speyside whiskies. We then traverse the stunning landscapes of Cairngorms National Park, arriving at Grantown-on-Spey, our charming base for the next two nights. Accommodation: The Speyside Hotel (or similar).

Today, we delve into the heart of Scotland's whisky region. Our first stop is the historic Cardhu Distillery, founded by the pioneering Helen Cumming. After a fascinating tour, we head to Aberlour for a leisurely lunch. Our journey continues along the scenic Spey River to Craigellachie, where we explore the intricate whisky-making process at the Speyside Cooperage. Next, we visit Glen Moray Distillery to sample whiskies aged in diverse casks. If time permits, we may stop for a quick photo at Sueno's Stone, a remarkable Pictish standing stone, before returning to Grantown-on-Spey. Accommodation: The Speyside Hotel (or similar).

Our final day begins with a delightful whisky and chocolate tasting at Dalwhinnie Distillery, set amidst the stunning Cairngorms mountains. We then journey south to the charming town of Pitlochry, where we have time to explore and enjoy lunch. Continuing our adventure, we take a scenic walk among the majestic Douglas firs in The Hermitage forest, followed by a visit to the quaint village of Dunkeld. Our return journey to Edinburgh includes a picturesque drive over the Firth of Forth, offering views of the magnificent South Queensferry bridges. The tour concludes in Edinburgh, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Scotland's whisky heritage and natural beauty.
