Kickstart your adventure with a climb over the scenic Vršič pass, standing tall at 1611m. Descend into the tranquil Trenta valley for a first glimpse of the stunning Soca river. If you're up for it, there's an optional climb to the Soca source. The day ends in the charming town of Bovec.

Today's journey takes you to the Kolovrat mountain where you'll visit a museum dedicated to the 1st World War. From there, cross the border into Italy and descend to the historical town of Cividale del Friuli, passing through the quaint Italian village of Tribil. Don't forget to indulge in some Italian ice cream and pizza. On the way, visit the ancient Castelmonte Monastery.
