Welcome to Madrid, the vibrant capital of Spain. Upon your arrival at Madrid-Barajas Airport, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the city's lively avenues, historic corners, and diverse neighborhoods. Madrid's authenticity and charm make it one of the most interesting cities in Europe.

After breakfast, meet your guide for a walking tour through the historic city center of Madrid. Visit the famous Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de Oriente. Head to the magnificent Puerta de Toledo and admire the views of the Royal Palace of Madrid and the Almudena Cathedral from the bridge of Segovia. The tour concludes with a visit to the Royal Palace of Madrid, where you can explore the palace and the Royal Armoury at your own pace.

After breakfast, travel to the historic city of Segovia. Start your tour at the Aqueduct of Segovia, one of the oldest monuments in Spain. Visit Segovia Plaza Mayor and discover the city's monuments, including the Cathedral of Segovia. Enjoy some free time to explore the city at your leisure before heading to the Alcázar of Segovia, one of the most well-preserved medieval castles in the world. After your visit, return to Madrid.

Enjoy a day at leisure in Madrid. You can choose to visit the city's prominent museums and archaeological sites or venture outside of Madrid and explore the city of Toledo, a Spanish national monument and World Heritage City. Alternatively, discover different neighborhoods in Madrid, such as the Conde Duque military quarters, Gran Via, Plaza de España, and Princesa Street.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Madrid-Barajas International Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, our English-speaking team will assist you with the visa process and provide a brief presentation of the city. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo to relax and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a tour to the Pyramids of Giza. Marvel at the majesty of the Great Sphinx of Giza, the Great Pyramid of Giza, and the Pyramid of Khufu. You can also opt for an excursion to the Necropolis of Saqqara, a World Heritage site. In the evening, consider a light show on the Giza Pyramids or a dinner show on a floating restaurant on the Nile.

After breakfast, enjoy a free day in Cairo or opt for a full-day tour to explore the city's significant landmarks. Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Citadel of Saladin, and the vibrant Khan el Khalili bazaar. Explore the Coptic neighborhood and visit the Hanging Church, Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church, and Ben Ezra Synagogue. At the end of the day, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, embark on a cruise ship journey along the Nile River.

After breakfast, visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Cross the Nile to explore the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings, and the funerary temples of Queen Hatshepsut and Ramses III. Marvel at the Colossi of Memnon before returning to the cruise ship. Enjoy a relaxed journey along the Nile towards Esna and Edfu.

Start your day in Edfu with a visit to the Temple of Horus, the best-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the motor ship for lunch as you set sail towards Kom Ombo. Visit the temple dedicated to Haroeris and Sobek and explore an exhibition of mummified crocodiles. Enjoy dinner onboard before sailing towards Aswan.

After breakfast, consider an optional visit to the temples of Abu Simbel in Nubia. In the afternoon, visit the Aswan Dam and the temple dedicated to the goddess Isis on the island of Philae. You can also opt for a felucca ride on the Nile, allowing you to admire Elephantine Island and Kitchener Island. Enjoy a restful overnight stay onboard in Aswan.

After breakfast, disembark from the cruise ship and transfer to Aswan airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, our team will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in the city.

At the designated time, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your onward journey. Check in your luggage and, if necessary, process any tax refund on tax-free products that you have purchased. This concludes your 12-day tour of Madrid and Egypt.
